No-Bake Cherry Cream Cheese Pie
This simple pie is perfect for the summer because it requires no baking!
Ingredients:
Filling:
- 1 8oz Bar Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- 1 14oz Can Sweet Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Lemon juice
Pie Crust:
- 1 Chocolate or Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Topping:
- 1 (21oz) Can Cherry Pie Filling
According to the Diva:
- Combine filling ingredients in bowl.
- Mix until creamy and smooth in texture
- Pour cream cheese mix into chocolate or graham cracker pie dish
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm
- Pour Cherry Pie Filling over cream cheese pie
